Reversing from parking spots at the same time
These accidents happen when two vehicles are reversing from facing parking spots and hit each other.
In this diagram, Vehicle A is reversing from a parking spot when it collides with Vehicle B, which is also reversing from a parking spot.

Vehicle "B" = 50%
The rules of the road
Drivers must not reverse their vehicle unless it can be done safely. Therefore, the drivers of Vehicle A and B would each be found 50% responsible.
