Parking lot main lane and feeder lane crash
These accidents happen when a vehicle is proceeding in a parking lot feeder lane through the main lane (the lane that leads directly to the road) when it collides with a vehicle approaching in the main lane.
In this diagram, Vehicle A is driving in a feeder lane and crossing a main lane when it collides with Vehicle B.

The rules of the road
Drivers must yield to the traffic in the main lane. Therefore, the driver of Vehicle A would be found 100% responsible.
