Roundabout crash
An accident in a roundabout occurs when one vehicle enters a roundabout and collides with another vehicle already in the roundabout.
In the diagram, Vehicle B is driving in the roundabout. Vehicle A is about to enter the roundabout, where it will collide with Vehicle B.

The rules of the road
The driver of a vehicle entering a roundabout must yield to traffic already in the roundabout, so the driver of Vehicle A is 100% responsible.
